The Earth Exchange Materials Management Plan (MMP) Service
We have developed this service in response to increasing market demand, as more clients are seeking to remodel their sites using a Materials Management Plan (MMP) and require an experienced provider to manage the process on their behalf through a fully managed solution. The Earth Exchange platform provides the ideal framework to support and oversee the effective delivery of clients’ MMP requirements.
Our service includes:
- Management of clients’ Materials Management Plans (MMPs)
- Assistance with MMP applications through our network of independent approved consultants and Qualified Persons (QPs)
- Sourcing of clean materials in line with clients’ volumetric requirements
- Gate management and administration of haulage tickets
- Assistance with the validation, verification, planning and testing of imported materials to ensure compliance with CL:AIRE and DoWCoP requirements
- Drone surveying of original site contours, together with regular survey updates to monitor quantities
- Earthworks volumetric assessments using our specialist earthworks software
- Landform design modelling to establish target contours
- Contracting services to deliver earthworks placement and compaction to the required specification
